Designated redeveloper for the City of Vineland for the four corners if East and Landis Avenue. Total project costs are in excess of $25,000,000. Project funded through LIHTC, New Market and Historic Tax credits.
This consists of demolition of a full city block containing a dilapidated motel and other structures; construction of a three story 80,000 square foot structure that contains 78 units of senior apartments; and over 11,000 square fee of ground floor retail space at a cost of $17,500,000.
