This senior apartment community will offer 64 one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 675 to 875 square feet, built to Energy Star Zero Ready Home standards and supported by 9% Federal Housing Tax Credits. Rents will range from $256 to $1,076, with 20% of units reserved for households at 30% of the County median income, 40% at 60%, and five units dedicated to homeless individuals. Each unit will include modern appliances, electric heating and cooling, and on-site management by EPAC Management. Residents will benefit from a state-of-the-art community space, planned activities, and full compliance with NJHMFA requirements for supportive services, safety, and amenities.
