Oak Hill Farms

The Oak Hill Farms project will feature new construction townhome-style apartment units, supported by 9% Federal Housing Tax Credits. This development will offer fifty-six (56) units, each with three (3) bedrooms and approximately 1,400 square feet of living space. Rents will range from $349 to $1,228, with 20% of units restricted to 30% of the County median income and 80% restricted to 60% of the County median income. Additionally, five (5) units will be reserved for homeless individuals and families, meeting all NJHMFA requirements for homeless supportive housing, social services, project and unit amenities, community policing, and square footage. Each unit includes a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal, as well as gas heating and cooling. On-site management will be provided by EPAC Management. Residents will also enjoy shared access to a community building, a children’s play area, and planned social activities and events designed to foster a sense of community.
