Phase 3 of the Phoenix Redevelopment Area will deliver 56 newly constructed three-bedroom townhome-style apartments, each approximately 1,400 square feet and built to Energy Star Zero Ready Home standards. Supported by 9% Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, rents will range from $500 to $1,150, with five units reserved for special needs residents. The community will feature modern in-unit appliances, gas heating, electric cooling, on-site management by EPAC Management, and access to a state-of-the-art community space. Planned social activities and full compliance with NJHMFA requirements—including supportive housing, services, and safety measures—will help create a vibrant, inclusive neighborhood.
