The Winslow Cross Creek Phase 5 project is located at in Winslow, Camden County, and will offer thirty (30) affordable family apartment units. The development consists of townhome-style apartments featuring three (3) bedroom units. This phase is part of a larger initiative that encompasses nearly 300 units, including both family and senior housing. Each unit will include a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, as well as gas heating and electric cooling.
